The total expenditure of the College per month including the salary for the staff is in the region of 200,000 rupees or 2000USD. We levy a nominal fee of 500 rupees per student or USD5 per month per student. The rest of the money comes from various sources namely.
1. Voluntary contribution from well wishers
2. Zakat contribution during the month of Ramadhan
3. Income derived from the two paddy fields which give as an annual income of Rs.250,000.00
4. Food money. This is the amount one gives one day in a year. This sum comes to around 3500USD per year
We usually have a shortfall of around 750USD per month.
